Most help arrives slowly. Books take days. Counsellors take weeks. None of that helps when you're in the kitchen at 11pm and the same fight is happening for the fourth time this month.
This is built for that moment. A few questions, your own pace, a clear next move.
What this is built on
The moves in this app come from decades of research on how people fight and find their way back.
Not a substitute for a therapist. It's for the moments in between.
Why this exists
Most people don't fight because they don't care about each other. They fight because no one ever taught them how to have good fights.
But that knowledge sits in books and on couches — it doesn't show up in the moment. goodfight is a small attempt to put some of it in your pocket, free, for when it matters most.
What we believe
Better relationships make better families, better workplaces, better everything. The fight isn't between you.
